As "watch you language/caps," appears a lot,
a better solution is an instant mute for 1m.
This is more effective than a warning, (and not as frustrating as 9h mute)
and it can show how much we want the chat to be clean and not full of caps.

Add a "punch area" before entering the arena.
Add a rule that says "punch each other before entering arena".
As there is a bug with PvP currently.

If one tp's out of the arena then dies from fire damage,
forgive him.
I was once tp'd in right after I died,
than I lost everything on me.

Vanish before tp'ing.
Freaked me out one time.
