I would like to propose something for the next reset.
If possible, predetermine what factions will be what, ex: who will be fire, who will be water?
Then, make capitols featuring that element.
Earth will be a large city underground, Fire could be in the nether or a fortress nether themed, water could be underwater or a city with many canals and a port, Air could be a cloud city; A large wool cloud with a city on it.
I think this would give the faction names more meaning and would be a major highlight to the server, because come on, who doesnt think a giant underground city or a could city is awesome?
