So you've been chosen as a candidate to be a moderator eh?
Congratulations that means you have a host of new commands at your disposal but remember with great power comes great responsibility. You have been chosen to moderate, this means you have been
chosen to perform an integral role in the running of the server, therefore it is imperative that you perform this role correctly. You are not here to prance around, show off or abuse your rights.
You are here to enforce the server rules and ensure that everyone has fun, that is your main goal to achieve.
Also, you may be un-moded at any time. Being a mod is a privilege and never a right. Don't think you'll get special treatment just because you are a mod.

In this training course you will get a chance to learn about the commands at your disposal, and it works as a system for the admins to assess your performance.

Now, onto the list of commands:
    /god - Toggle godmode.
/vanish - Become invisible to other players.
/back - Returns you to your previous position after teleporting or death.
    /ban <name> <reason> - Ban players.
    /banip <name> <reason> - IP ban a player.
    /tempban <name> <time> - Ban a player for a specific amount of time.
    /unban <name> - Unban players.
    /kick <reason> - Kick a player.
    /tjail <name> <jail name> [time] - Send a player to jail.
Time is optional, but you should always add it if possible. Example: 2h 5m or just 3h
    /jails - List available jails.
    /mute <name> [time] - Mute or unmute a player.
Time is optional, but you should always add it if possible. Example: 2d 5m or just 3m
    /tp <player> - Teleport to a player.
    /tp <target player> <destination player> - Teleport a player to another player.
    /tphere <player> - Teleport a player to you.
    /kill <name> - Kill a player.
    /warp - List warps.
    /warp <name> - Warp to a place.
    /setwarp <name> - Sets a warp.
Keep it clean, use the same style and no pointless warps. Use "_" instead of space and make sure everything is in lowercase.
    /delwarp <name> - Deletes a warp.
    /bcast <message> - Do a server wide broadcast.
    /ptime <name> <time> - Change target player's client-side time.
/invsee <player> - View the inventory of another player.
/home <name>:<number> - Teleport to other players' homes.
/jump - Teleport to where you are looking.
/tptoggle - Toggle whether others may teleport to you.
/whois <name> - Lookup the real identity of a player.
    /co help - Displays core-protect help.
/co inspect - Enables griefing inspection.
    /co rollback u:<user> t:<time> b:<blocks> e:<exclude> r:<radius> - Rolls back the actions of a player within a given time. USE WITH CAUTION.
    /co restore u:<user> t:<time> b:<blocks> e:<exclude> r:<radius> - Undoes a rollback.
    /co lookup u:<user> t:<time> b:<blocks> e:<exclude> r:<radius> - Can be used to search through old block data.

    Saga commands:
/adisable - Disable Saga admin mode.
/aenable - Enable Saga admin mode.
/a <message> - Send an admin chat message.
    /afsetclaims [faction_name] <level> - Set factions available claims.
    /agrrecharge [player_name] - Recharge a guard rune.
    /aheal [player_name] - Heal a player.
    /amodifywallet [player_name] <amount> - Modifies players balance.
    /asetattribute [player_name] <attribute> <score> - Set players /attribute score.
    /asetexp [player_name] <exp> - Set players experience.
/astatsother [-o] <player_name> [page] - Show other player stats. With -o flag offline players are also included.
    /asave - Saves Saga information.
    /asdisableoption [settlement_name] <option> - Disable settlement option.
    /asenableoption [settlement_name] <option> - Enable settlement option.
    /assetclaims [settlement_name] <claims> - Set settlement claims.
    /stxrayhist [material] - Show x-ray distribution histogram.
    /stxrayconfirm <player_name> - Confirm x-ray usage.
    /stxraysusp - Show x-ray suspects.

All these commands will be at your disposal, ensure that you learn what they do, and when to use them.
Make sure you also fully understand the server rules, as you will need to enforce them later.

    Instant ban:
Only apply when you have enough evidence of a griefing client or mass griefing. Jail the player and notify others moderators and make a post on the forums if you aren't certain.

    Major offence:
Applies to minor griefing, cheats and x-ray mod. Only apply if you have enough evidence. Explain the reason and the punishment by using /bcast, so everyone can hear it.
Player must be sent to jail for 2 days on first offence, 5 days on second offence and banned on third offence. Griefers must repair the damage and x-ray users must loose all of their ores.
Always make a post, that includes the date, on the forums, so other moderators can see the warning and the reason for the ban. Major offences last for 3 months.

    Minor offence:
Applies to swearing, smamming, exploiting, giving IPs in general chat, harassing other players and bothering admins with moderator and items spawn requests. If necesarry use /kick <message> to get your point across.
Always warn on first offence by using /bcast so everyone else also hears. Make sure you address him by name and that he understands.
Second offence only applies if the player is caught doing the same thing.
Mute, jail and/or make the offender perform an annoying task if it happens again. Be creative if you use the last option.
Mute and/or jail times for continious offences are 10m, 1h, 5h and 1d.

    Standard Procedure to discover cheaters:
There are many tools available to you, for example nocheat and stxray, if a player sets any of these off, or is behaving suspiciously:
    1. Inform an admin that you think a player is violating the rules
    2. /vanish BEFORE teleporting to the player in question
    3. if the investigation proves without question that the player is violating the rules, proceed to conduct the stage system.
    4. if the evidence is contradicting, but you still suspect the player to be cheating, wait to inform an admin.

    A note regarding teleports.
As you now have the capability to teleport players, you may use this for the aid of non-moderator players. You may however only grant each player 3 teleports a day,
this will save it getting out of hand, and save you alot of hassle from people asking for teleports. This is not a stringent rule, and it may be bent as i realise it is hard to keep track of all the teleports you, plus all the other moderators do.

Having read this, along with the server rules, you may now move on to the practical examination, where your skills will not only be tested theoretically, but also with a practical exercise.
If you complete this test successfully, you will be unleashed on the main server with full moderator permissions.
