ALKANS30 FOR ADMIN/Moderator

I am Applying for Admin/Moderator. I used to own my own server and be a Co-Owner,2 times be an Admin,5 times be Moderator and 3 times be Head-Admin on servers besides the one i owned. On our server we always had 20-30 people and I am a really good builder especially with world edit. i have built giant castles and have made pirate boats. I will be a great admin or moderator. Peace and i hope i will get admin or moderator.

Firstly, how long have you been on the server? Because we have many able users that have been with us all the way and have yet to receive higher permissions, and it would seem unfair to put a new user straight into an admin/moderation role.

Secondly, track record is good, but that is not to say you can do the job well. Believe me I have seen many bad admins who don't care about the server, outside of minecraft. To be an admin you have to go the extra mile, not just within the confines of the game itself.

Thirdly, a functioning server should not need more than 3 or 4 active administrators. The day to day running of the server is kept in line by the moderation team, that is their job. Admins are present for events and for extra-ordinary circumstances, aswell as to keep the moderators in line.

So really what I am saying is that it is a definite no to an administration role. As for moderator we will be needing a fresh team come the reset, and I will definitely take your application into account. This is not to say you will be placed in such a role, as your performance will need to be evaluated, however it does mean that you are at least on the list of persons up for nomination, however generally you must have the support of one or more of my moderators in order to get in (helps me weed out the useless ones). I am not trying to say you are a bad admin, I have never seen you in action, so please do not take offence by this post. I am only trying to say that I need in-game evidence first before I can consider elevating player permissions as we have to be very stringent now following our recent poor choice in moderators.

First I would like to Ask Why Do you Really Want Admin or Moderator.

Secondly i would like to know what servers Ip and a description(Not all of em just a few servers To verify This,)

thirdly Your most likely not getting admin Seeing As it Takes A LONG LONG time. I was Promoted by Andf54 On my about 4-5th month on playing here and ive played here for more then a year, and ive gotten op status for Being a Active/Helpfull Moderator. I contribute to helping players/making Advertisments on youtube.( currently has 15k views)/and all around just moderating the chat.

If you Really where a Mod/Admin You would know You Wouldnt have time To actaully Play If you wanted to keep mod and if you found time great good for you.

Lastly How old are you ?

Lol, I've been with you all the way, and TheFudster, Played for atleast a year (And matured on the way )

And Secondly I would say he has ONLY JUST joined the server especially as he joined the forums on the 8Th of may 2012(A day before this reply) therefore he may be a greifer, (Not to say you are :L) Many people have done this on servers I've played on. And I've played on alot of server, just to say.

He might be another player in lost boys trying get mod. We Haven't seen you around buddy?

and I'm on a lot, and for soemreason I've never seen him, and the server i can't connect to it, why not?

I've been playing lost boys for about 10-11 months now. I've been to other resets and I've been around people enough in this server to know that lost boys is changing little by little

What version of minecraft did you start playing on Lostboys?

not last reset but like halfway thru the one before that,, i was here for all last reset and reset to make this one. and now I'm going to be part of the newest reset in a couple of weeks

Pfft. Oly, Dragon, Matt, Me and Pepsda all been here along time, infact pepsda has been here scince like 3 days of lostbiys being up, and that was like in beta 1.3. I've been here scince beta 1.5 ....
