Factions -- Mercenarys

Would it be possible for players to create small factions that the four main faction can hire as mercenarys for an amount of time?

Such as this

The faction "Ignis" has hired the mercenarys from "Small" to help them on their conquest

and the owner of that faction would recieve the amount the larger faction pays them for?

And the more () the small faction earns, the more it can add upgrades, such as roles/ranks/members/ etc?

This would be pretty cool, in my opinion.

Yes, the faction oppurtunity is still available, unless you have already accepted duck's offer.
