We need a new list of commands

Mods/Admins need access to a list of commands they can do, either update the one on the forum please or add a command ingame to see them e.g /smod_commands /fmod_commands /mod_commands
Also, off-topic, we need a way for factions to just unclaim a settlement, rather than another faction claiming it to remove the [faction.name][Settle name] thing

Sagas commands are available at bukkit dev.

There is also a faction unclaim command now.
