    From in the morning 7AM, till the late afternoon 5/6PM its fine after 5 or 6PM it starts having the noticeable block lag. Me and my friends have found this pattern, use this; http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter.html
    to convert the times from GMT to your time. cheers

    yupp, characteristic of throttling. Have changed ports to shake them off for a bit and it all seems fine. Not sure how long it will last though.
