will in my faction every1 is complainging about there ranks so i think andf you should make a new rank cause the 4 seem not that much so can you please consider my idea

I was thinking that we dont need so much of a new rank, but more rank permissons and powers. For example, there is really no difference between adept and Novice. Maybe an adept should be able to fspawn but a novice cant? Also, what can a warmaster do?

war masters can make rally's and adepts can accept those rally's and novices can't

How do they set rallies? Is it no longer the gold sword?

I removed rally and added /fspawn instead.

well maybe you could have the faction moved in to a new way altogether like now it's just names why not make it more organized. by this i mean make a place for people being archers and a place or warriors in a different slot instead of adepts and novices and do it like this and make warmaster second to the top and then grandmaster at the top.
