Homeok i told andf how i was jailed for xray acusement then he let me off the hook and ive been jailed again by the same person who andf told i don't have xray 2 so can some1 go on and let me out and ban fish

Okay first of all I jailed you for 2 days which I thought was fair for what you did. But then Andf54 released you which I thought was absolutely ridiculous. The reason for thinking this is because when I looked at how many ores you have mined using the command /stxray and this is what I found out.
(All rounded to one significant figure)
You have mined 1000 stone
10 Lapis ore 1%
50 Coal ore 5%
50 Diamond ore 5%
10 Gold ore 1%
100 Iron ore 10%
First of all the data shows that you have a 5% diamond or mining rate, this means that on average you get a diamond for every 20 stone blocks. Also it would mean you get a piece of iron for every 10 blocks your mine.
Lets put this into context for every Stone Pickaxe you used on average you would get
- 7 Diamond ore
- 7 Coal ore
- 14 Iron ore
- 1 Gold ore
- 1 Lapis Ore
Do you know how long a Stone Pickaxe lasts, that's right like 5 minutes.
Again another example for every Diamond Pickaxe you used on average you would get
- 78 Diamond Ore
- 78 Coal Ore
- 156 Iron Ore
- 16 Gold Ore
- 16 Lapis Ore
So what you are trying to tell me is that you can use 1 Diamond Pickaxe which takes 3 Diamonds to make,and from that one Pickaxe you can get a return of 78 diamonds?
In conclusion I feel that it is vital that you are kept in jail for your sentence and that I was well within my reason for jailing you.

yes those are high but that's because i mine in caves that have lava witch means theres usually diamonds nearby so i don't have to mine stone

You are trying to say you just walking into pools of lava everywhere you go? Even if you mine by lava, you still have to find the lava and mine the stone, which is a lot more stone then 20 blocks isn't it?

I assure you from personal mining experience, you can't just walk around and find 50 diamonds.

2 hours is 120 minutes correct? Saying you can get 50 diamonds in 2 hours is like saying you can get a Diamond every 2 minutes and 24 seconds with out mining anything? Nice logic there.

but your able to find diamonds in veins up to 8 so if i find many veins over hours i can get lots of diamonds

The amount of diamonds found in a vein is irrelevant because the average time to find a diamond would remain the same.

yes but i found a double vein next to each other so that increased it a lot

A vein could be between 1-8 diamonds meaning you could either have between 2 and 16 diamonds. But however all this information is irrelevant because it does not affect the average time you mined a diamond overall.

We can not decide on opinion of mines because everyone's is different and we could get bias results. Therefore we will rely on the data.

1000 blocks is enough for useful statistics.
Here is how I sugest you handle it.
Fish will unjail you and you will go mining for diamonds. Try to be as efficient as possible. Then we compare the values. Fish can spawn you the tools.

You should also begin mining in new chunks so all the diamonds are there and not mined.

And, not saying that he doesn't have xray, but red does have a point. You can go exploring caves and find a lot of diamonds without mining a lot of stone. If his mines are mostly caves, it is reasonable for him to have a higher ratio for diamonds...
