Pancakeninja muted me for 5 minutes for nothing

i was angry with pancakeninja (no need to be told why, its not important) and we were arguing and then he says he will mute me if i keep arguing with him, I knew that it is power abuse to do so when there is no rule offence, so I continued, and he muted me. I had to take the same crap that i was giving him from extaticaly. and i wound up getting de-modded for that (partly). if pancake gets away with that crap, why didnt I? well anyway, im not loking for an explanation, i just wan pancake to know that he cant get away with this crap. thank you
