Extaticaly - Needs to watch his mouth

Although it is not a rule, extaticaly is continuously rude to me (and possibly other moderators). as an example: today he joined the server, and i happily greeted him. and he said: Dont talk to me mopper. i said: please, i don't want to be mean. and so on, i told him to watch his mouth, but he needs a talking to, and he is certainty not listening to me.
