    Factions can now claim settlements!

    You will get more ( ) if you have more settles. Also, there will be no sell signs!
    You also get access to /sspawn. Get claimin'.

    To get things moving, I claimed:

    Iron:
    NewNomad.


    I also added recruiters rank, that can only invite.

    You see the timer when you stand in the town square. Also, faction chat is spammed with the claim progress every 5%.
