New perm groups

Drag told that we should add operator group, which is basically mod+.

Thought I improve the idea. Here what I think the groups should be.


Trusted:
Its a group for people that can be trusted when they report problems (griefing, stealing etc) on the server. Basically non derps.
VIPs and forum members get put in this one. Maybe some others.
Permissions: special chat, some other yet undefined bonuses.


Resigned/inactive moderator:
For moderators that are inactive or on time out. Will get moded at some point.
Permissions: admin chat.


Moderator:
Basically normal players that keep order. Not allowed in creative! Only exception being group projects with admins.
Permissions: kick, ban, jail, mute, tp, maybe fly, invsee, vanish, -sagas setlevel/attr/wallet commands.


Admin:
Plays normal, but can do some smaller creative projects and initiate bigger ones with mods.

For older more experienced members who we know will not abuse their powers in any way. I don’t want to see every single mod end up in this group! All operators must give their agreement before a mod gets promoted to admin.
Permissions: mod perms, invsee take/put, setlevel, sagas setlevel/attr/wallet, gamemode, kill, lightning.


Operator:
Full access.


Thoughts? Did I miss any perms?

What about "Trial Mods"

Limited moderator commands such as mute and jail.
then later on [In about a Week] a higher staff member decides if they could handle an actual moderator position.

I think "trial Mods" should At least Take 2 weeks for there Training. So that they get the hang of it. i got a msg from wurd who got Modded within 4-6 days, And doesn't know how to do anything. Same with AsianHipster, We have to teach them about Making the right decisions, and not abusing Powers.(Not saying they are) but Just in case they need more training.

Not wuite on topic, tell asian to mute longer. I saw him mute someone for like 2 minutes then 5 minutes...

You should go with trial mods it sounds like a great idea!!!!! and andf your ideas are awesome to

I don't think Asian hipster can handle it. I think he should be de-modded or thought a lesson. Sometimes i question the authority of the mods on lostboys because they can be quite immature and It gets really annoying. They didn't become mods so they can party. They became mods so they can help out the server. The mods all need a talking to.

Some need a talking to. Not all of them abuse/act immature etc etc. I have seen a number of mods let their faction/town members get off the hook or get a lesser punishment.

mopper u never see all the work the mdos do around the server we do A LOT of work and none of the player take notice or even care so that's why i think we don't do anything

Travis isnt a mod. Asian is a Trial I believe, might be wrong. And idk what wurd did/does.

For 1 wurd Is a fine mod. Nothing needs to be said about him.
2. Travis like pep said isnt a mod.
3. AsianHipster Is apparently only 10 years old 0.o but still he just needs a bit longer as a trial-mod.

I think trial mods needs to be thrown in there like Guenther said.

I agree..... There should be something between mod and admin.

dude the trial mods go before mod, not between mod and admin.
